I am Virve Hutchinson, an expert in the fields of employment, employability, immigration, and customer understanding.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Sciences. I have 20 years of extensive experience in the employment and immigration service system. Throughout my career, I have also worked on housing policy issues, which are closely linked to themes of immigration and employment. Some of these themes include the challenges of residential area segregation, the development of social housing production, and the affordability of housing.

Research and Development Services for Customer Understanding
The development of customer-oriented services and a functional customer journey always requires customer participation and contribution both at the early stages of service development and afterward. I have expertise in developing accessible digital services, where the customer understanding research I conducted played a key role in selecting platform solutions for the service ecosystem. My survey involved 2,800 representatives from the target group, and the data was supplemented with national interviews of the target group, which included 47 representatives. The research I conducted is one of the most extensive datasets collected in the cultural sector. I have a strong motivation and interest in developing and implementing customer-oriented service concepts.
